I never really got any tracking updates for this, so I was kind of left guessing where it was and all that

Overall, I’m happy with it. The quality is better than I expected, it feels solid, and it looks like the photos, which is always nice. That said, the finish did have a tiny mark on it, which was a bit annoying to notice right away. It’s not a huge deal, but still, you’d hope it would arrive without that. Otherwise, it’s a good product.

I was not expecting much because it was so cheap, but wow, it actually turned out decent. Like, am I dramatic for being impressed? Maybe. But for what you pay, it does the job and I really can't complain.

I ordered from maroonu.com because they actually had the item in stock when a few other sites didn’t. Checkout was easy, and the stock info seemed honest, which I really appreciate. It’s just basic decency to show people what’s really available instead of wasting their time. One size I wanted did sell out fast, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a solid experience.

I used maroonu.com, and the biggest problem for me was the communication. It wasn’t like everything went terribly wrong, but the replies took longer than I thought they would, and when I finally did get a response, it didn’t always fully answer what I was asking. So then I’d have to follow up again, basically asking the same question in a slightly different way, which got annoying quickly. The actual service might be fine, and I don’t want to make it sound like it was the worst experience ever, because it wasn’t. But the support side definitely needs to be more clear and responsive. It just felt like more effort than it needed to be.

I did get my refund in the end, but wow, it took way longer than it should have. I had to keep chasing them like some kind of unpaid assistant, and the whole thing felt ridiculous. Not the absolute worst experience ever, but whoever handled it was moving like a complete muppet.

The item itself was fine, but the box showed up smashed and dirty. I’ve ordered before and don’t remember the packaging being this rough, so it feels like it used to be better.

I needed to cancel my order and thought it was going to be a whole hassle, but it was way easier than expected!! I sent them a message and got a reply the same day. They canceled it without making it awkward, and the refund details were really clear. It took a few days to show back on my card, but that’s normal. Super nice support and no drama at all!!

My order came through without any issues, so what more can you really ask for? Everything felt legit to me, and I’d feel comfortable ordering again

My order did arrive, so I’ll give them that much. The packaging looked a little strange though, and the product just felt kind of off to me. Maybe it was real, maybe it wasn’t, but it didn’t exactly inspire confidence. It wasn’t a complete disaster, which is something, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered from maroonu.com. The material is really nice. It feels soft and not scratchy at all. It also has a good weight to it. I’ve worn it a few times now, and it still feels great. I’m happy with it

It’s fine overall, but the color is definitely darker in person than it looked online. Not a huge deal and I’m still using it, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. I didn’t bother contacting customer service because I don’t trust that it would’ve been worth the hassle.

I got the order confirmation quickly, and everything was just easy to understand with all the details laid out clearly.

They did get back to me faster than I expected, which was nice, but I was a bit disappointed that I had to explain the same thing twice before it got sorted out. In the end, they helped fix the problem, so I’d probably still use them again, but the process could’ve been smoother.

I really wanted to give maroonu.com a fair shot, but using it on my phone was kind of frustrating. The pages felt slow to load, and a few buttons were weirdly hard to find, so I kept having to stop and figure out where to tap next.

The site does work, but I’d warn others not to expect a super smooth mobile experience right now. The layout gets confusing in spots, and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have needed to. Hopefully they fix it up soon

Umm, overall the shipping cost seemed fair to me, though I do think it could be a little cheaper.

The personalized picks were mostly spot on for me, which was nice, but a couple little things felt off. I kind of felt trapped picking from what it suggested at times, like I didn’t have much reason to look elsewhere. Still, overall it was close.
